Workout, boom

2.2 warmup, 12:37.  Fastest I'd ever done this, and I tried to keep it easy.

1-mile,  goal sub 4:40.
Actual, 4:33.1. 

4 minutes easy .56 miles.

4x.56 miles, goal 2:45
Went 2:43.1, 2:44.0, 2:43.8, 2:44.1.
2 minutes easy between, .28 miles.

4 minutes easy, .56 miles.

.28 miles allout.  Goal sub 73
Ran it in 69.5.

2.2 mile cooldown, 13:05.

Legs haven't even rested much, but they feel good.  Time to rest.
