Worked overnight, had a few hours before some hearings, so went for run, knowing I probably wouldn't get to bed until afternoon and probably wouldn't feel like it later.
5.3 miles, outside, felt fine, kind of like sleep running.
My 10:30 hearing got withdrawn once I got to ellsworth, my 11:00 got continued, and my 11:30 was a go, which was actually a relief to actually do something, although I essentially sat in ellsworth for an hour wishing I had a bed.
Got in bed by 2pm, woke up at 6pm. Glad I got run out of way.
