PM easy

Took a nice nap,  then jumped on the treadmill for 3 miles, 19:50.

First time my legs felt good after a race, probably the extra cushioning I had with new racing flats. 

Next two days easy with strides, then a progressive 25-k Wednesday evening.

2 weeks to go, looks like I'll at least show up healthy.  Then it's just a matter of finishing. 

Shout out to Evan who who ran 2:38 at maine marathon today after being sick the recently.
