Easy run, plyos, uphill strides

7.5 miles on treadmill, 48:46.  Pickups once a mile at goal marathon pace, everything else at 6:40 pace.

Plyometrics after to shock my legs a bit.  About 100 jumps on each foot.

Some 10-12 second  uphill strides outside in racing flats after.

Time to go soak the legs in a little Epsom salt.
