Easy run

7.5 miles, 48:58, treadmill.  Spent about half hour fixing the treadmill.   Smooth as butter now.  Brought it down to 5:00 pace a little bit to make sure it was good at all speeds.  Treadmill really helps keep my legs feeling good since its softer and I can run slightly uphill to keep the pounding down.  legs feel good, but the last week of running outside made my knees ache a little.

Trying to get most of my mileage for week out of the way early this week so I can rest near the end of the week for race in Boston.
