Easy run

4.75 miles, mostly on marathon course.  Didn't wear a watch, but about 6:00-7:00 pace I imagine.  Felt really good outside.   Legs are really sore from plyometrics yesterday, which I'm happy about  Shock the system.  Those should give me a couple seconds a mile once they are rested.

Now just rest up for 25-k workout tomorrow.

Again plan is 6:00 pace for first 5-k.  After that I'm going to drop each 5-k 10 seconds a mile faster unless I start to feel distressed, then I'll back it down.
