Easy run

5.6 miles, 36:19, treadmill.  Pickups every half mile, a few at 2.5-3% incline, one at 6% to wake up legs for race tomorrow.  Legs feel good.  A little tired after working the overnight and going to court until about noontime.  Got about 3 hours of sleep, got up and ran, then had to instruct a course at 7pm.

69.96 miles for the week.
