Easy run

8.5 miles on the treadmill, 54:42.  Pickups every half mile.  Last quarter at 6% grade to wake up the legs good for tomorrow's long run.  Not sure what I'll do yet.  If I can get someone to bike along, I'll go outside.  If not, I'll use the treadmill so I can take plenty of liquids.  I drink two bottles just during a 7-8 mile run which really helps me recover..  Will do a good 18-21 miles with some long hills, probably 3-4x9:00 with each 3:00 getting faster and 3:00 easy between.  Probably sandwiched in between something else.  Haven't decided.
