Snowshoe hills

Met up with Erik for some snowshoe running.  It wasn't as cold as I thought, but definitely not nice.

We got in 1.5 mile warmup in 15:42 on the golf course.

Then we did 5x30 second hills up Big Bunker, looping down a more gradual way back to start.  About 10-12 minutes total,  I accidentally stopped my watch.  Big Bunker gets gradually steeper as you go, really working calves and hip flexors. 

1.90 cooldown on golf course, 18:32 before taking the snowshoes off and getting 1.13 miles of land running in, 7:48.

Yesterday was a day off.  Mostly I slept or worked.
