Workout of the day

Alright,  headed to track later.

Plan is as follows.  We'll see how close to goal splits I can get.

Goal workout
2-k, 6:31.46(5:15 pace)
6x1k, 3:08.51(5:05 pace)
2-k, 6:31.46
2x200 meters, quick as I can.

400 easy between everything unless that seems like too much, then I'll cut it down to 200.
