9/20- Easy run

9/22- 17 miles pacing Kephart at 6:10 pace.
9/23- Easy run
9/24- 4-k road race, Blue Hill.  Fast course.  Goal, first 1.5 in 6:30, then hang on.
9/25- Easy run
9/26- Easy run
9/27-  Workout 10-15x1000, 30-60 seconds rest, slightly faster than tempo pace.
9/28- Easy run
9/29- Easy run
9/30 Easy run
10/1-  10-k Race, Belfast, flat on rested legs.  Goal 32:30.
10/2- Easy run
10/3- Easy run
10/4- Workout 25-k, progressive from 6:00 pace down, final 4 miles hard( sub 5:20 pace).
10/5-Easy run
10/6- Easy run
10/7- Workout,  1-mile all out, 5x800, 400 all out.
10/8-Easy run
10/9- AM 2-3x1.4 miles at marathon pace or slightly faster, 1x.28-miles hard.
10/10- Easy run
10/11- Easy run
10/12-  PM light workout, 3,2,1, 2,1,1 minute pieces at moderate effort, same rests.

10/15- MDI Marathon

February 2018- Midwinter 10-miler, going for masters record of 55:19
March 2018- US 50-k championships, goal, top master, top 5 overall.
