Workout

Hit the track.

2.5 mile warmup, 15:24

200 (32.77)
200 easy
2-k (6:34.73)
400 easy
6x1-k (3:13.63, 3:15.54, 3:15.49, 3:13.36, 3:14.72, 3:15.99)
400 easy after each.
2-k (6:38.34)
400 easy
2x200 (33.24, 30.97)
200 easy after each.

The 400 rests were all under 2:00.  200 meter rests were about a minute.

About 9 miles.

1.5 mile cooldown

Everything was a hair slower than planned, but still faster than last time by a lot.  That 5:05-5:15 pace needs some work.  But I've got plenty of time.

Hit the gym afterwards for plyos, drills and lifting.
