Race in the rain

2.2 mile warmup, 13:59.

3 mile race, splits of 4:55,5:24, 5:18.  Windy, rain.  good times.  2nd place.

1 mile cool down because I had to make it back to BH for 3pm shift.  Race was at 1pm.
