I finally decided to get 3 month ymca membership. For one, I'll be able to use treadmills. And they go faster than 5:00 pace. Two, I can get back into plyometic and lifting routine I was in 2009-2010.
Today showed me how weak my muscles are. I'm actually surprised I'm able to run as quickly as I have been with my strength so poor. I'll solve that the next few months.
Easy 4.4 miles on treadmill, 30:00. Plyometics, drills, running specific lifting.
