Sleep

Well first day off in a while from work.  Slept from about 8:30am to 1pm.  Thats about all I can sleep after an overnight shift.  Went back to sleep around 8pm and slept pretty good until 11pm.  Now I'm up typing this uselessness at about midnight.

Luckily I've got lots of good books, Netflix, and PS2 to keep me busy.  Hey who knows, maybe I'll get called in at 2am for a DRE. 

Usually I can get back to sleep around 3-4am.  Tomorrow I'm just running easy with some strides.  I have tomorrow night off to, so I'm going into race on Sunday fairly rested.

Been watching lots of Mo Farah videos to get pumped up.
