Wanted to do something on the grass to build some leg strength. Went really well, especially since grass was still wet and soft, and the loop I did was into wind going downhill, and tail wind going up. Cold. Goal was to average 6:00 pace for whole thing, so I easily did that.
Really went after first couple repeats to simulate going our hard in race. Minute easy between was plenty of rest which is a good sign.
Simple workout, but those are sometimes the best. Longer workout on Thursday.
