5x slightly uphill strides after. Legs feeling good.
Lots of stretching, rolling before and after run. Hot epsom salt bath after.
Looks like it will be headwind first half of race tomorrow. Should keep things pretty equal until turnaround. Not really a fan of letting things go slow early, but I don't think going full boar into a headwind first half of 3 miler will do me any good. But, who knows.
