8.5 miles, 54:58. Going out was sunny with a tailwind. Coming back into the wind and the sun went away was cold, but pretty nice for mid November.. Couple of pickups in last mile, 6:05.
Another easy run tomorrow, then a workout Thursday evening. Something fast perhaps. Thinking of either 2x7:00 a little faster than 5-k pace with 5 minutes rest between, or even my lactate ladder workout which goes 2:00, 1:30, 1:00, :45, :30, :30, :30, :45, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00. These are done just about full out with double rests after each. I always find this workout to really boost my fitness. And three days out from 3 mile race, should make 5-k pace feel easier.
