Tomorrow I'm planning on an easy run with Evan again, then some work at the YMCA.
Saturday a workout. Probably going to start with 12-15 minute tempo on grass n my spikes to get a feel for them, then switch to flats and do 3-5x5:00/:30,:45 intervals on the road. 5:00 at faster than 10-k pace, 30 seconds easy, 45 seconds fast with each 15 seconds getting faster. 2:30 easy between.
Sunday an easy run.
Monday an easy run with a trip to the YMCA.
