Workout

3 mile warmup, 19:24.  Out to my loop, but this time of year I have to go the longer, hillier way.

Workout went extremely well.  Fitness is really coming around.

.56 miles, 2:50.72
.28 easy
.16 uphill, :53.2
.16 down easy.

Did this five times total.

Other .56's were 2:50.22, 2:49.42, 2:49.57, and 2:42.36.

Other .16 hills were 52.8, 52:69, 51.85, 49.52.

5.8 miles in 34:14.95.

3 mile cooldown, 19:53.

11.8 total, 1:13:32,
