30 minutes on the bike trainer. Needed to do something.
Going to be a pretty low volume werk, but I just got in two good weeks, and some good snowshoe runs this week.
See how fitness is on Sunday at 5-k. Supposed to be -5 at start time. That's getting close to coldest I've ever raced in. Think the coldest was set the pace 5-k in 2010. Managed to run 15:05 ish then, so hopefully low to mid 16s will be good now.
