2010 I did workout I'm going to do tomorrow, today I guess now. 4x2-mile, 4x200. With Gomez at 6am in 2010.
Our splits for the two miles were 10:25, 10:29, 10:29, 10:21 with 400 easy. Then my splits for 200 were 31, 31, 29, 30 with 200 easy between. That was about two weeks before running 5:06 pace at midwinter.
So goal today is 11:00 to start, then hopefully getting a little faster, maybe 10:40. 200s hopefully 33-34. With about 6 weeks out, this should be good.
