Goal of workout was just to feel good. And test out my left knee after yesterday's fall. Everything felt good. Just wore my trainers. Was happy with this since I did it in dark in section of park loop road that is either slightly uphill or slightly downhill. Just ran back and forth on same section so I didn't have to go around any turns.
