8.63 miles, 57:51. Three layers kept me pretty warm. Kept the brakes on with workout tomorrow. Got in a couple uphill strides after.
Thinking I may go to Umaine indoor track tomorrow and do 4x2-mile at goal 10-mile pace to a little faster with short rests, then 4x200 after at mile pace. For one, the roads here suck, icy as heck, second, there's really not a good place to do two mile repeats here, and three I really want to run in shorts and not be freezing cold. Midwinter might be cold, but that doesn't mean I have to run every workout in the cold.
