Headed up to track at Umaine.

1.5 mile warmup, 10:12.

4x2-miles, 10:48, 10:46, 10:42, 10:41.

400 meter jog rest between.

200 meter jog rest between.

1.5 mile cooldown, 10:35.

Felt good, nice and even and had more in the tank.  Nice to run with shorts and no shirt.
