The lunges and split jumps I did yesterday made my Hamstrings nice and sore. In the last 4 weeks I've gotten my squat up from just over 100 pounds to over 200. Need to get it to double my weight or about 300 before Midwinter.
Easy run today and tomorrow. Friday a long run and I'll either do 1 minute surges every 10th minute or 7 to 1 with half rests. Usually I run the first 7,6,5,4 flatter getting faster each one. Then the 3,2,1 I usually do uphill. Rests get shorter as you go which makes a good workout. I'd like to do somewhere between 16.5 to 20 miles. Mileage should be up over 60 for the week.
