Workout

2.2 mile warmup, 13:22.

4x60 seconds at 3-k effort.  Easy 60 seconds easy.

4x1.4 miles at 10-k effort.  Goal was about 7:30 for each.  Did easy 2:30-3:00 easy between which was plenty.

About 12.4 miles total.

Legs felt good.  Supposed to get out of work at 11:30 last night.  Ended up staying until about 4am.
