Long run tomorrow
So I've got someone to bike along and since I don't have someone to pickup, I've decided to run the first 18.5 of the marathon course and then run back into Bar Harbor via the Eagle Lake road. Total run will be 25.1 and in the last few miles there is a couple miles where you climb about 350 feet, so it will be a pretty rugged run. Probably going to try and run most of it between 6:15-6:40 pace and then the last few miles at goal marathon pace if I can. This will give me about 6 days to recover for the Labor Day 5-miler. Goal there is to run under 26:30, although I have no idea how my legs will feel after this long run.
