Legs are feeling much better today. Going to get an easy run in tonight which will put me over 60 miles for the week again. If I can keep things over 60 a week until my week off from work in September, I'll be good. I may go to Schoodic Point campground for a few days during that week and train on the new carriage roads there They are pretty hilly, and then there is a fairly flat 10 mile loop on the pavement I can use for a tempo effort. Not sure yet what I'll do. Need to get in 2-3 more solid long runs.
