Easy 8.1 miles, 51:44, treadmill. 500+ feet of elevation gain.
Felt pretty good, so I went a little more than my 7.5 planned.
Tomorrow I'm going to get a morning run in and then a hill workout in the evening.
Because of a schedule change, I will be able to race the Machias Blueberry Festival 5-miler
