Workout

Ymca was crazy.   Did some drills and plyos, jogged a few laps around track.

10 minutes easy biking.

Half mile easy, 3:18

7.5 miles 40:25

1 mile cooldown,  6:30

Did run in my trainers so I wouldn't beat legs up too bad and save my new racing flats for race.
