Planned workout tomorrow

Tomorrow is going to be warmer, so plan is a longer workout.

Warmup 1.5 miles.

4-miles @ 5:30 pace, 90 seconds rest.
90 seconds hard, 2:00 rest.
3-miles @ 5:25 pace, 90 seconds rest.
80 seconds hard, 2:00 rest.
2 - miles @ 5:20 pace, 90 seconds rest.
70 seconds hard, 2:00 rest.
1-mile @ 5:15, 90 seconds rest.
60 seconds hard all out.
