Legs

Legs are already good and sore after the plyometrics session.  I think that was a way better option than doing an easy run.  Get my power up.  Flights to 50-k in March are only about $200, so I'm definitely going to this.  5-k loop course, nice and boring, just like I like.  Once November comes around I'll get my USATF membership for next year and sign up for race.
