5-miles easy on treadmill. 33:59. Kept it at 7:00 pace other than 3 pickups I did at goal marathon pace.
With the bay doors closed, it was humid and in the low 80's in the gym today. Hopefully the weather is nice and cold, I'm hoping snow for marathon. Possible.
Legs felt really good. Heart rate was up, around 140 for easy parts of run. High, but just because of the workout yesterday.
Tomorrow I'll be up by 5:30am, Eat, drink do everything I plan on doing this Sunday. Warmup about 10 minutes, do a few strides, then stand around for about 10 minutes before going into 2-3x1.4 miles at just faster than goal mp pace. Probably do a longer cooldown before going to jump in the pool for 20-30 minutes of easy pool running.
Getting nervous, excited.
