Easy run

8.15 miles, 58:30,  half on single track trails half on golf course.  Legs are pretty sore from hill workout yesterday.  Very good sign.  Means once they rest they'll be stronger and faster.

Shoes which already weigh 14oz were good and heavy by end of this run.  Wind, rain, warm temps., it was nice.

Probably one of last run in these shoes.  Have over 600 miles on them and toes are poking out sides.  They definitely have very little bounce left to them.  Got two new pairs.
