Just over three days to go. I'll be well rested. Today I've got a flat, easy 8.5 miles planned with Kephart when I wake up this afternoon. I'll throw on the flats, and do some strides.
Tomorrow I'll do an easy 7.5 miles, some strides.
Saturday my usual 5 miles on treadmill at 7:00 pace, some strides outside after.
Damn, it's hard to believe I did it. I came back. Win, lose, I know I'll finish well. I'm not afraid to make decisions in the race and take some risks, but I need to run smart, and use my home course advantage. Looks like my kind of weather for Sunday.
