Went outside around 630pm. Out and back run. 7.9 miles, 49:48, 25:39 out into the wind, 24:09 back. Felt cool going out and like an oven coming back.
Another easy run tomorrow, then a quicker workout Wednesday morning which will give me 3 days before 10-mile race. Feeling pretty confident I can run with or just off the pace the top guys should be running at the 10-miler. I'm guessing hey will run about 5:20 pace. I'll be really happy with sub 5:30 pace right now, especially on that course.
