Easy 7.5 miles on treadmill, 47:05. Pickups every half mile. Kept incline at 1.5 to 4%. 505 feet of gain. Waking legs up for tomorrow's long run. Some incline on treadmill always seems to do that.
Could actually breath today. Must have been 20 degrees cooler than last couple days and not humid. I knew if I went outside I'd run too fast, so kept to the treadmill.
Plan tomorrow is 2.2 mile warmup.

3.36 miles at 5:25 pace, .28 easy,
2.24 miles at 5:20 pace, .28 easy,
1.12 miles at 5:15 pace, .28 easy,
.56 miles at 5:10 pace, .28 easy,
.28 miles at 5:05 pace, .28 easy.
2.2 cooldown
Should give me just about 18 miles.
