Normally I'd say easy run, but treadmill kept going wacky and going up to some steep inclines 7-10%. At one point I was running only 7 minute pace and my HR was about 170. After messing around with it it then got stuck at -3% . Had to stop a couple times and reset treadmill to fix it. At least it hasn't shut off in me lately when I bring it down under 5:30 pace. What I really need is the use of a good treadmill that isn't all messed up.
5 miles around 32:20. I definitely woke my legs up for tomorrow's workout. They are pretty sore from plyometics and complex training yesterday, so today was more of a moderate day with the treadmill issues.
