Long run

16.3 miles, 1:36:18.  Started at 6:00 and worked down to 5:40.  On the treadmill so I could drink water.  Took a GU around mile 8. 

Tomorrow easy morning run in Orono.  Then biking along with EG in Black Bear marathon.  Says he's in shape to run around 6:00 pace.  Should be fun.
